The Pizitz Building

After standing empty for more than 20 years, the seven-story building that once housed Pizitz (1923) department store in downtown Birmingham will soon see the start of a $60 million renovation. Bayer Properties signed a major law firm as an anchor tenant allowing it to proceed. KPS Group is the architect and will relocate to the building. Read More
